Your order

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to say it's on its way. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any taxes that apply. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. We take payment when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See our delivery information.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our returns and refunds policy for how.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items can vary slightly from the photos.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
