Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by email at the email address on our contact page with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty, you pay for the return postage.

We refund the price of the item and the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, to the card you paid with.

Faulty or not as described

If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement after that. We cover the return postage. Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem.

These rights come from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and this policy doesn't affect them.
