What are Everythingship cat beds made from?

How do I keep a cat bed clean?
Cat hair lifts off with a damp cloth. The inner lining is wipeable and the cushion comes out, so the bed is easy to keep fresh. Most beds are machine washable at 30°C; the Care line on each product page gives the instructions for that bed.
What size are the beds?
Each product page lists the measurements of that bed under Size, so you can compare it with where your cat likes to sleep. Shop cat beds

Are the crochet bags handmade?

Delivery
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?

When will my order be dispatched?
We pack and dispatch orders on working days. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking details if the parcel has them.
Returns and payment
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at the address on our contact page with your order number, then send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, you pay for the return postage. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, to the card you paid with. Returns and refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at the address on our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right. Faulty items and items that aren’t as described can be refunded in full. Returns and refunds
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see all your orders in one place and saves your address.
